What is a Buyer's Agent?
A buyer's agent is an agent who puts his or her client's interests ahead of others. It is a commitment on the agent's part to go the "extra mile" for his or her client, to be on the client's side ahead of all others (sellers!), and to make sure the client is getting a fair deal on the property they choose by doing a market analysis on the property for them. It is a commitment on the buyer's part to be loyal to their buyer's agent and not go from one agent to the other. It is a commitment of honesty, trust, and loyalty.
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I will be committed to devoting myself to working with buyers who are seeking to invest in real estate in the Abilene area. I am a member of the local Multiple Listing Service and the Abilene Board of Realtors. Through me you have access to the entire Abilene area real estate market.
In the past year or so, buyers have become more educated on buying real estate and are increasingly demanding buyer representation.
